At the end of the program you’ll walk away with a better understanding of the industry and how to work within it. You may even publish your first analysis, research or news article during the program! It’s free and won’t take up too much of your time as you and your mentor determine how to move through the program.

WEEK 1 – Program Kickoff
Group call with leads, mentors and mentees on Thursday, September 5 from 2-3 pm EST
WEEK 2 – 1-on-1 Calls
Mentors schedule at least 1 meeting with their mentee
WEEK 3 – Async
Async communication between mentors and mentees
WEEK 4 – Async
Async communication between mentors and mentees
WEEK 5 – Halfway Point Check-In
Group call with leads, mentors and mentees
WEEK 6 - 1-on-1 Calls
Mentors schedule at least 1 meeting with their mentee
WEEK 7 – Async
Async communication between mentors and mentees
WEEK 8 – Program Finale
Mentors and mentees fill out reflection worksheets, send testimonials, and drop links to content created to ACJR organizers
